Note:
In Germany there isn't anything like a flag code and so I can't understand the high value of flags in other countries. Exept for sports, it's rather negative to show proud for the flag, because of history. A flag touching the ground is no sign of missing respept for the country, it's just that the flags itself as things don't have the high value as e.g. in the USA.
